9. How do I properly disclose that I'm in the program?

DON’T FORGET! Whenever (and wherever) you promote or endorse the Ambassador Program, or Big Time, or share your Creator Code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your connection to us.

Disclosures Must Be Clear:

For your disclosure to be sufficiently “clear,” the wording must be one of the following:

  • #Ad
  • #Sponsored
  • #OpenLootPartner
  • #OpenLootAmbassador
  • “In connection with Big Time Studios Ambassador Program, I may receive a commission from certain in-game purchases.”

Disclosures Must Be Conspicuous:

For your disclosure to be sufficiently “conspicuous,” the disclosure options above must appear:

  • In a location that consumers will easily notice, without clicking, scrolling, or hunting for it. This may vary for different outlets, for example:

In social media posts: within the first two lines of copy (when viewed on a desktop)

10. Can I change my Creator Code and username?

To change your Creator Code, you need to do two things:

  • Submit a Customer Support Ticket to change your in-game username AND

  • Notify the Big Time team on Discord at Big Time Studios#4094.

After we process both requests, you’ll be able to log into the Ambassador Portal and see your new code.

Creator Codes only work if they match the in-game username.
